I have used the services of Mulching Masters of the Treasure Coast to clear the perimeter of a vacant lot. They started the job promptly on the scheduled date, did a good job and their price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again when I have to repeat this job.

These guys are spot on! They showed up on time to clear property of overgrown brush and trees with very knowledgeable experience to complete the task at hand. I was amazed at how Mr. Willy was able to handle that Bobcat like it was a part of him to level land for replanting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About Your Land? Straight Answers.

The questions Treasure Coast landowners ask us most. Don't see yours? Call or text — you'll be talking to the owners, not a call center.

Call (561) 308-9776

What areas do you serve?
Home base is Fort Pierce and we work the whole Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County day in, day out — Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sebastian, Okeechobee, Jupiter and Loxahatchee. For bigger projects we travel all over Florida, so if your land is a few counties away, call anyway.
What services do you offer?
Forestry mulching is the specialty: grinding brush, palmettos and small trees into mulch right where they stand. Around it we do land clearing, underbrush clearing, fence line and property line clearing, trail and access road cutting, stump removal and grinding, grading and land leveling, driveway and house pad prep with fill dirt, asphalt millings or base rock, and post hole drilling for fences and planting.
What is forestry mulching, exactly?
A tracked skid steer with a mulching head cuts standing brush, palmettos and small trees and grinds them into wood-chip mulch in one pass. Nothing gets hauled, nothing gets burned, and the mulch layer goes back onto the ground where it slows the regrowth and holds the soil. It is the fastest, cleanest way to open up overgrown Florida land.
How is that different from bulldozer land clearing?
Traditional clearing rips everything out with heavy excavators — roots, topsoil and all — then hauls or burns the debris. Our machines mulch the growth in place instead: no burn piles, no dump trucks, no torn-up topsoil, and usually a much smaller bill. If your project truly needs mass excavation and haul-off, we will tell you straight that it is a different kind of job.
How big of a tree can you mulch?
We mulch underbrush, palmettos and trees up to about 5 inches in diameter. Larger trees can often be cut, dropped and processed separately — customers have used us to take down bigger trees alongside the mulching — so walk the property with us and we will tell you honestly what the machine handles and what needs another plan.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on how thick the growth is, how many acres you have, and the access. That is why estimates are free: we look at the property, talk through what you want it to become, and give you a straight number before any machine rolls. No pressure, no games — honest pricing is the whole reputation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Mulching Masters of Treasure Coast LLC is a licensed and insured Florida company. You are also dealing directly with the owners on every job: Mike and his father Wilford run the machines themselves, so the people quoting the work are the people doing it.
How do I get started?
Call or text (561) 308-9776, or send the quick form on this site. We will talk through your property, get eyes on it, and get you a free estimate with a real timeline. Most jobs are done in a day or two once we are on site.
